Refund issue

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding a refund issue that has remained unresolved for over a year. In 3 May 2023, I booked a flight with your company, which was subsequently canceled by you.

Since then, I have been waiting for the refund to be credited to my account. As of today, September 2024, I have yet to receive any refund.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter by contacting your customer care team and following up on MyTrip. However, my efforts have been in vain as I have not received a proper response, nor have I had the opportunity to speak directly with someone in the Indian office. Instead, I have been met with automated messages and unhelpful responses, with no progress on my case.
I find it unacceptable that a refund, which is rightfully mine, has been delayed for such an extended period due to what appears to be computer faults and internal inefficiencies.

I request that you urgently look into this matter and expedite the processing of my refund.

Please provide me with a clear timeline for when I can expect this issue to be resolved.
I hope to receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. If not, I may be forced to escalate this complaint to higher authorities or seek legal advice.

Flight delayed for more than 4 hours

I have booked a round trip flight from HYD to VGA, and VGA to HYD. Unfortunately, the flight from HYD to VGA was delayed for more than 4 hours.

I raised a request to cancel one passenger from the flight from HYD to VGA, but my entire ticket went into the cancellation process. I immediately called the call centre, and the lady who answered my phone was very rude and said I just had to wait for the refund. I actually requested her to calm down and not to raise her voice. Then, she said I would have to wait for 24 to 48 hours to hear back from her.

I clarified that my flight is in less than 24 hours. Then, she said she would make a request to cancel my refund claim and hung up the phone.

Again, I called customer service for a second time and another lady said she had raised a request to cancel my refund claim. She noted my phone number and was polite and helpful.

Refund issue

i did a booking with mmt on 6th March 2024 for a train route from Panvel To Kudal , after deducting the Money i was informed that booking is failed . They generated the booking ID.

I was expecting an auto refund in this case . Today(15March 2024) that booking id is invalid , no refund received, no way to contact customer care, Booking entry vanished from "My Trip " section.
What a terrible experience, I had better experience on irctc , i received auto refund in 3 days in failed booking without even having to look at it , I don't understand how can an org with millions of dollars valuation can have such a terrible system.
