We booked holiday package but had to cancel it due to medical emergency.We called them for about a month to get the money back, initially they told us that money will be refunded withing 7days but that never happened.

We kept calling them for about a month and got the same response. Never trust them, they never refunded our money.

Tied of calling them and will never use their service again, very bad customer service, no professionalism and not responsive at all.

They just know how to keep your money and then *** you off.Wasted money and time by using makemytrip.
