My daughter has influenza A and we just want to postpone the trip. Not cancel it.
The hotel said that it is possible, however it needs to be done by the travel/booking agency.
I tried contacting them Million times! Zero response!!!

Dear MakeMyTrip Team,
I am writing regarding my cancelled hotel booking (Al Jazeerah Hotel, Sharjah Booking ID: AH730394****1882). The booking was first shown as confirmed, then pending, and later got cancelled automatically.
Please note that the cancellation and the pending status were not done by me. I did not cancel my booking, and I would like my full refund of AED 1,710.40 to be processed as soon as possible, since this issue was caused by the system, not by my action.
Please confirm if the refund has already been processed to my Mashreq Bank card ending with 4972, and if possible, help me receive it sooner.

Air India customer care says to talk to the agent you booked the ticket with.
I received a message from Air India that your flight is delayed, so I checked and then spoke to Air India customer care, and they said that none of your flight status is showing. I then mailed and complained and got a reply saying that if you have.

Dear MakeMyTrip Support Team,
Worst experience ever with MMT.
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the incorrect flight booking and the lack of proper support thereafter.
While attempting to book a flight from Goa to Dubai for the 24th of December, the system instead booked a ticket for the 25th of December. I immediately contacted your support team, and they acknowledged the issue, escalated the case, and confirmed that a refund had been initiated. I was informed that the refund would reflect in my bank account by the 28th, but as of today, the refund has not been processed.
Additionally, the ticket is still appearing under Upcoming Trips in the MMT app, which creates further confusion regarding the status of the booking. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
Over the past few days, I have tried reaching customer support multiple times. However, the calls either get placed on hold for over 25 minutes with no response, or the complaint option in the app fails to work. This has resulted in significant inconvenience and frustration.
I kindly request the following:
Immediate confirmation of cancellation of the incorrect booking.
Urgent processing of the pending refund to my bank account.
Removal of the ticket from my Upcoming Trips section on the MMT app.
A clear explanation for the delay and system issues faced.
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a resolution at the earliest.

I cancelled my train tickets, which were covered for a full refund. I have been calling them for a long time since October 2025.
But they started making different excuses; I haven't received my refund yet. I would recommend that you beware of this company; it's a fraud network.
