Lots of emails were sent to the support department, and even an email was sent to Mr. Rajesh Magow, CEO of MakeMyTrip, for my refund for four tickets, one of which was from a cancelled train.

It is so disgusting that, even after the trip guarantee, the ticket was cancelled and the refund was not received. MakeMyTrip is using the travellers' money and not refunding it.

I had booked a flight for my wife from Mauritius to Mangalore via Mumbai for the 2nd of August, with a connecting flight on the 3rd of August to Mangalore as she had lost her father. The flight from Mauritius, MK748, was rescheduled on the evening of the 2nd with no information on when the next flight would be available. As the passenger could not leave Mauritius on the 2nd of August, she was not present at the gate for the connecting flight from Mumbai to Mangalore.

On the 3rd of August, we received a call that the flight would depart on the 4th of August at 21:20 hours. When contacting the code-sharing airlines, they refused to provide any information about the connection. I tried reaching out to your online help, but they were unable to answer my questions. I was not able to make a regular call as I am currently in Mauritius.

Your online help did not address the query about the connecting flight. When I received the boarding message, I attempted to contact your AI help again, but while they correctly relayed the message that the flight had been rescheduled, they failed to answer any queries about the connecting flight. I found it impossible to get in touch with the airlines under these circumstances.

I booked two tickets for my mother and father from Patna to Dibrugarh under the names Trilochan Sharma and Hari Maya Sharma. I mistakenly booked for one month later, which I realized after an hour.

I called MakeMyTrip directly, and they assisted me in contacting Indigo and canceling the ticket.

I was assured that if I cancelled my ticket within 24 hours, I would receive a full refund, which Indigo provided because I received an email from them, however Makemytrip deducted all money and refunded 5400 rupees, when I spent 14288 rupees. Please assist me with the complete return amount.

I have booked air ticket in air India express round trip from Dammam to Chennai on 6th July 2024 & Chennai to Dammam on 13th July 2024 through Make my trip travel agency . I paid rupees 37300 for round trip .

On 5th July 2024 night I got email from air India express . As per email the flight scheduled on 6th July 2024 ( Dammam to Chennai ) has been cancelled by the air line due to operational issue . Because of this issue , I cancel my short vacation and requested travel agent ( Make my trip ) to cancel my round trip ticket for full refund 37300 on 6th July 2024 . but the travel agent make my trip send email on 12th July 2024 .

As per email the refund amount rupees 21400 instead of 37300 . due to air line operational issue rupees 15900 deducting from me . I don't know who is deducting rupees 15900 whether air line or travel agent make my trip .

this is not correct & good punishment for me . I need full refund

I have booked a hotel for August 3rd to 5th, 2024, at Hotel Point A, King's Cross, for two adults and two children (twin kids, 2 years old). However, when I reached the hotel, they didn't allow us in, stating they don't allow more than two guests in one room.

So, I contacted MMT, and they provided different excuses and lied to both me and the hotel.

Then, I secured an official email from the hotel stating they were lying. This incident cost me double as I had to make another booking for one child and one adult, meaning the hotel cost me twice as much.

I reported the error from the first minutes after booking directly from yesterday at 7 pm and until now no one has informed me about the price of the differences required for the change, although I have called customer service more than 3 times, but to no avail, and time is passing after the flight time

I booked a ticket on the 27th of June. We are 5 passengers.

This flight was from DUBAI(DXB) to GOA(GOA) via MUSCAT(MCT). Its date and time is the 27th of June. (DXB 6:05hrs TO MCT 7:20hrs

MCT 9:05hrs TO GOA 13:35hrs)

Suddenly, I received an email that your flight has been delayed by 3 days in Muscat.

I want to say that I am getting married on the same day so I should reach Goa on the same day.

I have already filed a request to cancel my flight booking, so I want a full refund of my money because it is not our fault if the flight gets delayed. If there are any chances, then you should mention it at the time of booking the ticket.

So, I want to request you to please give me the date of another guaranteed flight on the same day as soon as possible or else please refund my money without any charges.

And, if I call customer care service, they are not giving proper information regarding this.

Please find the attachment below regarding the details of the flight delay.

I have purchased Air India express flight tickets from make my trip. Then the flight has been cancelled by the airline.

The airline refunded the money to MakeMyTrip. They have confirmed it. But to make my trip didn't send the refund to my account. They said the money back to account within 57 days.

I went to the Bank But They said The refund didn't come yet. It's been more than 2 Weeks already.

What do I do now

while I booked the flight I had opted for a fully refunded category, and unfortunately I had to cancel my ticket due to some personal reasons, so as soon as I cancelled my ticket I didn't get a refund as well as even after after contacting for a customer support from AIRARABIA as well as from Make My Trip they does not answer any calls and my situation has tottaly messed up so its a humble request from my side to do the needful and to get back my money as soon as possible.

Flight delayed for more than 4 hours

I have booked a round trip flight from HYD to VGA, and VGA to HYD. Unfortunately, the flight from HYD to VGA was delayed for more than 4 hours.

I raised a request to cancel one passenger from the flight from HYD to VGA, but my entire ticket went into the cancellation process. I immediately called the call centre, and the lady who answered my phone was very rude and said I just had to wait for the refund. I actually requested her to calm down and not to raise her voice. Then, she said I would have to wait for 24 to 48 hours to hear back from her.

I clarified that my flight is in less than 24 hours. Then, she said she would make a request to cancel my refund claim and hung up the phone.

Again, I called customer service for a second time and another lady said she had raised a request to cancel my refund claim. She noted my phone number and was polite and helpful.

The airline refunded the money to Make My Trip. However, Make My Trip didn't refund it to my personal account from which I purchased the tickets.

Myself Murtuza Akbar have booked a hotel in Colombo on 07-07-2024. Full payment was made through the app on 27-06-2024.

After reaching the property denied the booking and same was conveyed to make my trip also, they told they will be working on the issue and get the revert back in 48 hours, after more than 1 month of regular arguments they agreed to provide a refund, now even after they have agreed they still don't answer my mails or no signs of refund till date it has been 2 months my car is still unresolved. Worst travelling app ever.
This is not only about refund its about how the customer is dumbfounded aftet knowing that we have invested our hard earned money trusting such fraudsters and find ourselves stranded alone in an unknown terrain with our family on our back.

Absolutely horrible experience. For two days, I tried to change two business class tickets.

I called them four times, and each time I asked to speak to a supervisor because the agent was unable to fulfill my request. Every time I asked for a supervisor, I was told they were busy and that I would receive a call back in 20 minutes, which never happened. The excuse given for not changing the tickets was that they couldn't reach the correct department in the airline. I ended up calling the airline directly to resolve the issue.

I insist that Make My Trip should be banned by all reputable businesses, as this agency is an absolute disgrace, unprofessional and quite simply scammers.

I was extremely surprised to see they have a 4.7-star rating on Skyscanner.

After my experience, I do not believe for a second that this high rating is legitimate. My sincere recommendation is to never book anything through this company.
