I cancel my flight ticket Dubai to kolalambur 9/3/2023 but still not received my refund I contact email I'd and customer care number please proceed my refund as soon as possible and my number+971568****02 and my high request to you please and I attached my invoice so please verify the details and send my refund

Pathetic experience

The airline had refunded the amount of my cancellation and u even not intimated me that the refund had come after 2 years I called for my cancellation amount refunded by airline to my surprise u deducted 500 + Gst without any reason. This is fraud Booking id is NF701653****5148

Refund not received more than 90days

Sir I have booked my ticket and cancelled same day calling customer service as per their word they said AED 850 will be refund booking ticket value 1300. My booking id AN28CDGO1W6JI3XU0867. Kindly help to get refund booking made January and March 28th today not received any response and always asking time 24-48hours resolve but till date nothing happen. Thanks siva from dubai 009715****6732.

I have waited since many days for the refund but it is not initiated yet. It's already 20 days or even more no response from your side I have already filed complaint on consumer court. I received a call by your side but the agent told to download app named help desk and he told and asked access for my device. Kindly take action as soon as possible

Not able to use gift card to make payment irctc

Hi i have 35k gift card and and i am nit able to utlize that for IRCTC ticket booking for my train tickets . i called all your call center numbers , all are waste numbers, and no executive answered the call . very bad experience need to improve on customer quarries in better way to improve customer service , being service industry . need call back in my number Regards: Gowri sankar rao .V
